I R Spot Short Wave Infrared Module The infrared spot works in the short wave infrared spectral rgion which has the advantage of a high penetration depth of the radiation energy. Focussing of the infrared radiation energy at a focal length of 50mm. ► Power 150W ► 100% power within 1-2 seconds ► No heat-up time or cooling-off period ► On-line power adjustment while in use through the power controllers ► Focal length 50mm ► Focal spot diameter 10mm ► Protective quartz glass plate ► 1,5m connecting cable ► Any position of installation possible ► Low weight, approx. 500g (excl. cable) ► Operating voltage: 17V~, 9A IR spot with optional clamp joint The infrared module is ventilated by an integrated fan, therefore no need of further protective measures to be used in industrial environments, even when in permanent use. Fixation effects through a slot nut (M6) in the profile rail of the infrared module. The highest energy density is achieved at the focal point (see diagram back side). However, focussing can also made outside the focal point, resulting with the effect of extension of the irradiation area as well as a reduction of the intensity. I R Spot Short Wave Infrared Module On the back, the desktops have a mains connection with power connector (mains incl. in the delivery contents), as well as Harting sleeves (4 pol + PE) for the connection of the IR spots. The external 0-10 V DC-signal (item no. 600.5118) are also supplied on the back through a Harting connector (3 pol + PE).
