Overview
The optris® P20 Series infrared thermometers are designed for demanding applications, offering temperature measurement ranges from 0°C to 2000°C. They feature high optical resolutions up to 300:1 and precise aiming capabilities with laser and scope sighting. The devices support adjustable emissivity from 0.100 to 1.000 and provide different spectral responses for advanced applications.

General Specifications
The devices operate within an ambient temperature range of 0 - 50°C and can be stored at temperatures between -20 to 60°C without a battery. They support relative humidity levels from 10% to 95%, non-condensing. The dimensions are 264 x 204 x 60 mm, and they weigh 1000 g.

Measurement Specifications
The P20 Series offers various models with specific temperature ranges: P20 LT (0 to 1300°C), P20 1M (650°C to 1800°C), P20 2M (385°C to 1600°C), and P20 05M (1000°C to 2000°C). The spectral ranges vary from 8 - 14 µm for P20 LT to 525 nm for P20 05M. Optical resolutions are 120:1 for P20 LT, 300:1 for P20 1M/2M, and 150:1 for P20 05M. System accuracy is ±1% or ±2°C for P20 LT and ±(0.3% of reading +2°C) for other models. Repeatability is ±0.5% or ±1°C for P20 LT and ±(0.1% of reading +1°C) for other models. Response times are 300 ms for P20 LT and 100 ms for other models.

Features
The devices include a double laser class II sighting system and a sighting scope for all models. They offer signal processing functions like MAX/MIN and Scan/Hold, along with audible and visible HIGH/LOW alarms. Data storage capacity is 2000 values, and the LCD backlight provides a three-color alarm indication. The Optris Connect software is included for parameter setup, logger data download, and temperature trend display.

Electrical Specifications
The devices feature a USB interface for output/digital connectivity and are powered by a Ni-MH rechargeable battery, with a lifetime of 5 hours with laser and backlight on, and 25 hours without. An AC adapter is available for 220 VAC, 50/60 Hz.

Software
The Optris Connect software allows for parameter setup, logger data download, and temperature trend display. It includes an image-based report function and runs on Windows 8-tablet PCs.
