
The FOtemp1-OEM-MNT fiber optic thermometer is designed for OEM usage, featuring a compact design and modular components. It is suitable for environments with high electromagnetic interference, such as microwave fields, where traditional electric temperature sensors are ineffective. The device supports real-time data acquisition through standard analog output and RS-232 communication port. It is expandable with additional modules like LCD displays and SD card slots. The device is controlled via the "FOtemp-Assistent" software, allowing complex temperature profiling and monitoring.
The fiber optic sensors are non-conductive, immune to RF and microwave radiation, and suitable for harsh environments. The sensors use a GaAs-crystal, which becomes optically translucent at 850 nm, allowing for precise temperature measurement.
