Description:

The FOtemp1-h fiber optic thermometer is designed for a wide range of applications due to its portability and flexibility. It operates on a rechargeable battery, allowing for at least 5 hours of continuous use. The device features a large LCD display with LED backlight and an RS-232 communication port for real-time data acquisition. It can be controlled via a front-panel keypad or the FOtemp-Assistant software. The thermometer is ideal for environments where traditional electric temperature sensors cannot be used.

The optional FOtemp-Air wireless module facilitates wireless communication between the signal conditioner and a computer. The fiber optic sensors are made with a Teflon outer jacket and a GaAs-crystal sensor tip, ensuring non-conductivity and immunity to RF and microwave radiation. The sensors are designed to withstand harsh and corrosive environments.
