Introduction
The QT-3 is a non-contact thermometer with a clock function, designed to measure the surface temperature of solids and liquids by converting infrared energy. It cannot measure gas temperatures. For accurate readings, the device should be as close as possible to the target.

• Do not touch the filter or make contact with the target.

Operation Instructions

• To measure temperature, press button A. The clock function appears 15 seconds after releasing A.
• Ensure the target's diameter is larger than the distance to the thermometer for accurate readings.

Clock Adjustment
Press A → B → B to adjust the clock. Use A to set the hour and minute, and B to complete the adjustment.

Display Unit Conversion
Temperature units can be switched between ℃ and °F in both clock and temperature modes using buttons A and B.

Error Messages
Common errors include:

• 'Hi' or 'Lo' for out-of-range temperatures.
• 'Er2' for rapid ambient temperature changes.
• 'Er3' for ambient temperatures outside -10℃ to +50℃.

For 'Er' errors, remove and reinsert the battery. If unresolved, contact a dealer.

Battery Information
The device uses a CR2032 lithium battery, with a life of about 40 hours. Replace the battery when indicated.

Maintenance
Keep the optical lens clean using a cotton swab or cleaning cloth with ethanol alcohol. The device is not waterproof.
