UNISPEED USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 SVASATURA - FLARING Codice-Code: UNISFL9037ES628 La UNISPEED USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 è la nuova macchina per la svasatura a 37° e 90° delle estremità dei tubi rigidi oleodinamici. L’innovativo sistema di bloccaggio del pezzo consente di lavorare tubi con un tratto dritto e un ingombro molto ridotti, è quindi la soluzione ideale per processare tubi con curve estreme fino a 180° e raggi stretti, come ad esempio tubi rigidi sagomati, tubo combinato rigido e flessibile, ecc. La macchina, che necessita di un solo cambio utensile per eseguire le operazioni di svasatura, utilizza un processo di formatura orbitale a freddo per creare una superficie di tenuta a 90° e 37° piatta e liscia con rugosità adatta per la tenuta degli O-Ring. Le diverse possibilità di regolazione ed impostazione permettono di ottenere qualsiasi diametro e spessore di svasatura. L’inserimento di un nuovo controllo elettronico con display touch screen a colori consente di ottimizzare la gestione del lavoro e rende la USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 un’attrezzatura particolarmente adatta alla lavorazione di serie. La macchina è completamente settabile e programmabile, con possibilità di richiamo delle ricette impostate. La capacità di lavoro sulla svasatura a 90° e 37° è compresa tra Ø 6-28x2.5 mm a seconda del tipo di materiale. La USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 può essere dotata di due vani anteriori portautensili (su richiesta) e di un sistema di lubrificazione automatizzata per gli stessi, mediante centralina dedicata. The innovative clamping system enables to process straight and of reduced dimensions rigid tubes, so this machine is the ideal solution for tubes with bends up to 180° with tight radius, such as shaped rigid tubes, steel and hose combined connections, etc. The machine, which requires only one tool change to carry out the flaring operations, uses a cold orbital forming process to create a flat and smooth sealing surface at 90° and 37° with a suitable rugosity for the O-Ring seal. The various possibilities of adjustment and configuration of USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 allow to obtain any flaring diameter and thickness. The new electronic control with a color touch screen display ensures enhanced performances and makes the USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 particularly suitable for series production. The machine is fully programmable and settable, with the possibility to recall previously set recipes. It is possible to flare tubes from Ø 6 to 28 (2.5 mm thickness) depending on the kind of material they are made of. The USFL 90/37 ES 6/28 can be equipped with two front tool-holder compartments upon request and an automated tools lubrication system, which acts by means of a dedicated unit.
