La pressione, statica e a impulsi fino a 1200 bar, e controllata automaticamente, cosl come il riempimento e lo svuotamento del liquido di collaudo, sia tramite PLC con touch screen, sia da remoto. The testing bench BC1200ES/F is very interesting for its flexible configuration: infact it is provided with mobile manifolds, with quick couplings and a larger number of nipple threads and holes for SAE flanges. The internal testing room, 4000 mm long, is lit and provided with anti-oil mesh and shock-proof window. The platform, inside the testing compartment, makes the bench perfectly suitable for testing hose coils on pallet. The pressure (static and impulse up to 1200 bar), the filling and the emptying of the test fluid are automatically controlled by PLC with touch screen or remotely.
