Working Principle

The CLEAN WINE 450 features an automatic drainage system that removes accumulative organisms using a movable pulley controlled by solenoid valves and PLC signals.
The pulley is made from high-endurance, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (DIN 1.4462 Duplex).
The machine uses a sprocket system with an inverter for silent operation and high performance without deforming oil globules.
Milk and cream output is facilitated by a centripetal pump, eliminating the need for an extra pump.
Machine connectors comply with ISO standards, and all contact equipment is made of stainless steel for sound isolation.
The control unit includes a touch panel displaying electric current, pulley speed, and drainage timing.
