Counter-Pressure Filling for Carbonated Beverages FS205, FS206, FS207 & FS208 Flexi-Fill Counter-Pressure Fillers Accurate, Controlled & Versatile The OMVE FS205, FS206, FS207 and FS208 are counter-pressure fillers that work according to the same principal as an industrial filler. Their unique design supports the filling process for a broad range of carbonated products, including liquids containing particles and fibres. The fillers can be seamlessly integrated with our CF310 Batch carbonator, and are supplied with an integrated heat exchanger for optimal cooling of the product to improve the accuracy of the CO2 content. Additional options can be added to control or reduce foaming during filling. The filling heads can be fully adapted to the packaging type and can be equipped with integrated crown cork sealer and screw capper. The FS207 and 208 versions are fitted with a built-in can seamer as a standard. The counter pressure filler is connected to a batch carbonator. The packaging is placed in the filling house and pressurized in order to create a pressure difference between packaging and product supply in order to have a gentle product flow and prevent foaming. The product is cooled in a heat exchanger before it reaches the filling head in order to prevent CO2 loss during filling. After filling, the packaging is being depressurized. The depressurization speed is again adjustable to prevent excessive foaming. Optional integrated closing devices can automatically close the packaging after filling....
