CIP350 Cleaning in Place unit The CIP350 is a mobile unit with a compact footprint enable the cleaning-in-place procedure of your equipment, pipework and vessels without spending time dismantling the parts. Connecting the system to your equipment is easy and fast. For efficient cleaning you only need to fill the 50L (or 100L) CIP tank with the required detergent mix and start the cleaning cycle(s). The CIP350 will consequently circulate the solution/mixture to the required circulation time such as 10-40minutes, depending on the kind of cycle (alkaline/caustic circulation or acid circulation) and type of equipment. The CIP350 is available with two different heating methods: steam heated and electrical heated. Depending on the size of the equipment volume to be cleaned, OMVE can select one vessel of 50L or 100L to facilitate and maximize your operations. Our CIP unit is suitable to clean OMVE units such as carbonators, fermenters, buffer tanks, blending vessels, UHT's and other lab and pilot equipment.
