The Bench-Top Carbo-Fill® is capable of injecting accurately CO2 content into water at a set level. The level can be set between 4 and 11 g/L. After the user doses the syrup/concentrate in the packaging (post-mix), the Bench-Top Carbo-Fill fills then the packaging automatically under controlled conditions. With an accuracy of +/- 0.2g/L of CO2 content, the CF121 is ideal for the quick production of different recipes at different CO2 content. Depending on the size of container and CO2 level, the maximum output of the CF121 is approximate 25L/h (based on 50x 0,5-liter PET bottles). An integrated cooler cools the water in the system. The (customer) water is circulated and saturated to the desired level of CO2 by an automatic pressure - temperature control. The Bench-Top Carbo-Fill carbonates water up to 11 g/L. The bottle counter pressure filling sequence consists of: • Flushing the bottle with CO2 to remove air • Pressurizing the bottle • Filling the bottle with carbonated water • Resting time (minimize CO2 loss) • De-pressurizing the bottle • Ready to close - manual
