Il suo funzionamento è prettamente meccanico ed impiegando solo 1.87 Kw, consente notevole economia energetica. Denocciola 280 pesche al minuto con qualsiasi grado di maturazione e di qualsiasi varietà (clingstone e freestone). Il funzionamento è completamente automatico e continuo. Le pesche scaricate nell'introduttore, vengono disposte sul nastro portafrutti. Vengono quindi smezzate dalle lame e denocciolate da coltelli sonda ad un ritmo di 40 colpi al min. Infine cadono sul vibratore che le separa dai noccioli. L'impiego di materiali come l'alluminio, il bronzo, l'acciaio inox, ecc., rendono la manutenzione semplice ed economica. La struttura della macchina è in fusioni in ghisa per conferire una robustezza nel tempo. Its operation is entirely mechanical, 1.87 Kw for a great energy saving. It pits 280 peaches per minute, no matter how ripe and of any varieties either cling or freestone. Entirely automatic and continuos operation system. The peaches, discharged by the feeder and positioned into the alveolus of plates composing the belt, then cut by blades and pitted by special knives at a rate of 40 strokes/minute. They fall on the vibrator which separates them from their stones. The maintenance is made easy and cheap due to special material used like aluminium, bronze stainless steel, etc. The machine structure consists of special cast iron for better solidity.
