Auxiliary equipment and Spare Parts OMG spare parts are available for immediately delivery in our warehouse. Auxiliary equipment:    Spare filtering block: useful to minimize machine stops due to maintenance Wire Rope Hoist: to hoist the filtering block during the maintenance PP suction and discharge pipes useful for: 1. a more secure connection between the filter pump and the galvanic plant 2. reducing the turbulence caused by the filter pump 3. sucking evenly the electrolytic solution from the bottom of the tank to the free surface of the solution Wire Rope Hoist The OMG filter pumps TE series can be equipped with the wire rope hoist to uplift the filtering block; the latter, once clogged, can be replaced with a spare one in order to avoid a prolonged stoppage of the filtering cycle. The wire rope hoist consists of the following components: - the "S L" cylindrical rope winch - steel wire rope diam. 5 mm l = 5 m complete with hook, carabiner, thimble and lead sealing The filter pump equipped with the wire rope hoist is subject to specific testing and related report, carried out in OMG. Note: The filter pump is not manufactured ready for the installation of the wire rope hoist. An incorrect assembly can endanger the equipment stability. Therefore, this operation is carried out directly by OMG both on new and already utilized machines. The user is not authorized to execute such modification. The wire rope hoist can be used only for the extraction of the filtering pack contained in the ebonized tank Any other uses are not allowed. Finally note that the movements have to be taken in conditions of proven and controlled efficiency.
