OMET effettua severi test di collaudo sui prodotti presso il laboratorio interno, garantendo alti parametri qualitativi. Le ruote OMET, completamente rivestite in poliuretano con diversi gradi di durezza, possono avere il corpo in fusione di ghisa o alluminio e sono fornite complete di cuscinetto standard. I cuscinetti possono essere tranciati, torniti o rettificati e sottoposti a diversi trattamenti superficiali (zincatura, zincotropicalizzazione, brunitura). I prodotti OMET assicurano ineguagliabili performance di silenziosità e scorrevolezza. Owing to 50 years experience in the industry, we are able to solve any motion problems, working out and designing the ideal product for customers’ needs. OMET carries out strict final inspection tests on the products in its in-house lab, guaranteeing high quality parameters. OMET’s wheels , completely coated by polyurethane in different hardness, can be supplied with the body made by cast iron or aluminium and also complete with bearing. The bearings can be turned, trimmed and ground, subjected to different surface treatments (galvanization, zinc-tropicalization, burnishing). OMET’s products enure unequalled performances in terms of noiselessness and smoothness.
