OMET effettua severi test di collaudo sui prodotti presso il laboratorio interno, garantendo alti parametri qualitativi. I cuscinetti possono essere trattati con differenti finiture superficiali (zincatura, zinco-tropicalizzazione, brunitura). Sono disponibili in differenti versioni: torniti o rettificati, con o senza parapolvere. I prodotti OMET assicurano ineguagliabili performance di silenziosità, scorrevolezza e durata, oltre che di particolare resistenza anche ad utilizzi usuranti. Per il rivestimento dei cuscinetti utilizziamo, oltre a PA, PA addittivato e POM, anche poliuretano, per le sue proprietà elastiche. Bearing can be treated with different surface finishing (zinc coating, zinc tropicalization, burnishing). Bearings are available in different versions: turned or ground, with or without dust-protection. OMET’s products ensure unequalled performances in terms of noiselessness, smoothness and life, but also with particular resistance to severe wear. Besides PA, PA compounds and POM, we also use polyurethane, for its elastic properties.
