Catene aeree Air chains Grazie a 50 anni di esperienza nel settore risolviamo i problemi di movimentazione, studiando e progettando il prodotto ideale per le esigenze del cliente. OMET effettua severi test di collaudo sui prodotti presso il laboratorio interno, garantendo alti parametri qualitativi. I cuscinetti possono essere trattati con differenti finiture superficiali (zincatura, zinco-tropicalizzazione, brunitura). Sono disponibili in differenti versioni: con gabbia in acciaio zincato, a pieno riempimento di sfere, con o senza parapolvere. Possono essere forniti privi di grasso o già lubrificati (grassi standard o specifici). Per utilizzi ad alte temperature realizziamo cuscinetti con gabbia sinterizzata autolubrificante. Per applicazioni con esigenze di silenziosità ed elevate velocità proponiamo cuscinetti rivestiti in poliuretano. OMET offre al cliente speciali assemblaggi su misura, composti da cuscinetti montati su lamelle di acciaio realizzate in base a specifico disegno. Owing to 50 years experience in the industry, we are able to solve any motion problems, working out and designing the ideal product for customers’ needs. OMET carries out strict final inspection tests on the products in its in-house lab, guaranteeing high quality parameters. Bearing, carriages and accessories can be treated with different surface finishing, from zinc coating to zinc tropicalization. Bearings are available in different versions: with galvanized steel cage, fully filled ball bearings, with or without dust-protection. They can be supplied without grease or already lubricated (standard or specific greases). We offer self-lubricating sintered cage bearings to be used at high temperatures. We propose polyurethane coated bearings for applications where noiselessness and high speeds are required. OMET offers the customer special custom-made assemblies, composed of bearings which are already assembled on steel blades according to specific drawing.
