SCREW COMPRESSORS designed for non-stop operation MA SB 4-15 /BDK Electronic controller Mtronic 10 Mtronic 100 controller (option) The user-friendly interface safely manages all functions of the device via a microprocessor, from safety alarm control (oil temperature, electric motor, electric cooling fan control, maintenance time) to command systems (start-stop, alarm reset). The Mtronic 100 touchscreen controller is available as an option – performance and maintenance are easy to control. When connected to the internet, the Mtronic 100 can be operated remotely. Energy saving is always at the forefront thanks to an integrated timer that allows you to regulate the working pressure during day and night shifts and consequently optimize energy consumption. The compressor operating log is automatically saved and provides very important data in optimizing compressed air costs. Access to all controller parameters is password protected (only available to authorised personnel). High performance electric motors (option) Compact screw block integrated in one system The compressor has a built-in electric motor, PREMIUM EFFICIENCY IE3, which ensures compliance with the minimum performance requirements (MEPS) set by the EU. The use of insulated panels with a closed cell structure, care in assembling components, and the absence of transmitted vibrations results in such a low noise level that you can install our compressor in any work environment. Its design with a large heat transfer surface allows the maintenance of low airflows even in high ambient temperatures. The heat exchanger is made of aluminum alloy with highly efficient pipe parts. PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION • In the initial start-up phase, the electric motor (14) (with “star” power supply) rotates slowly. The solenoid valve is not powered, and therefore the suction valve (3) remains closed. The length of this phase is adjustable. • During the second phase of the “delta”, the power supply accelerates the motor until it reaches its operating speed. The solenoid valve is powered and the suction valve (4) opens, which allows air to pass through the suction filter (12) and enter the screw element (2).
