OMAX Drill
The OMAX Drill is designed for precision piercing of composites and laminates, ensuring 100% reliability. It is an accessory for OMAX abrasive waterjet systems, enhancing their capability to pierce small diameter holes in thick materials.

Standard Features
  • Equipped with a one-fourth horsepower, totally enclosed fan-cooled 90 Volt D.C. motor, requiring 110 VAC single-phase power.
  • The motor is directly driven to the spindle, adjustable up to 6000 RPM at the drill bit.
  • Includes a collet holder with a 1/16” collet, with a maximum available size of 1/4”. Other holders can accommodate up to a 1/2” collet.
  • Features a fully adjustable pneumatic feed rate and depth of feed, allowing up to 3 inches of travel and 300 lbs. of thrust with 100 psi air.
  • Controlled automatically by the OMAX Windows® PC-based control system.

Requirements
  • Requires a Windows controller.
  • Compatible with a motorized Z-Axis or Tilt-A-Jet®.

Standard Features • One-fourth horsepower, totally enclosed fan cooled 90 Volt D.C. motor. Motor controller requires 110 VAC single-phase power. • Motor, direct drive to spindle is fully adjustable to a maximum of 6000 RPM at the drill bit. • Drill is equipped with a collet holder and 1/16” collet. Maximum size of collet available is 1/4”. For the supplied collet holder, other collet holders are available for up to 1/2” collet. • Fully-adjustable pneumatic feed rate and depth of feed up to 3-inches of travel and 300 lbs. of thrust with 100 psi air. • Automatically controlled by OMAX Windows® PC-based control system.
