It connects real-time cutting data from various devices across the OMAX JetMachining® Center through a streamlined software interface and robust sensor network. It runs parallel with other programs in the Intelli-MAX® Software Suite, offering simplicity and adaptability. A comprehensive alert system maximizes productivity by keeping users informed of machine status.

The Intelli-VISOR System Monitoring Package's core is its Modules, which are custom-programmed parameters that gather and process data from the sensor suite. When limits are reached, Modules log data and can send alerts to a controller PC, email, or cell phone text message*. Modules can also pause the machine to protect the cutting head and part.
