INTEGRATED SYSTEM FULLY AUTOMATIC FOR DIE CLEANING OMAV has engineered an integrated system, fully automatic, which represents a technology step in advance in this field. The advantages of this new system are: 1. FULLY AUTOMATED SYSTEM • The system is fully automated, starting from the charging phase of solution till unloading the dies. The operator is required only to set the concentration of solution and the recipe (time, temperature, type of final washing) to be used. All the parameters of reaction (temperature, development of hydrogen, concentration of solution, etc.) are monitored and kept under control in order to optimize the times and efficiency of the process and most of all the repeatability

2. REDUCTION OF CONSUMPTION OF NAOH: An automatic system permits to monitor in continuous the content of aluminium in solution and to manage three different working ways: • SINGLE ETCHING CYCLE: “New” solution is always used. • MULTIPLE ETCHING CYCLE: the solution is re-used for a next cleaning cycle. • MULTIPLE ETCHING CYCLE WITH SOLUTION CORRECTION: part of solution is re-used for a next cleaning cycle, after mixing it with a determined percentage of the new solution. The operator can, based on his experience, choose the above mentioned cycles to clean the dies, i.e. he can re-use more times...
