Overview
The DEP is an electronic dosing machine using an auger system, suitable for dosing powders, granules, and lyophilized products into bottles and jars. It is ideal for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic industries and can be used in sterile environments and under laminar flow systems. The machine is available in two versions: DEP-MI for micro-dosing and DEP-MA for macro-dosing.

Technical Specifications
- The machine frame is made of 304 stainless steel.
- DEP-MI is a bench-mounted version, while DEP-MA is mounted on a trolley with brake castors.
- All contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, easily dismountable for cleaning or sterilization.
- Dosing range: DEP-MI from 5 mg to 12 g, DEP-MA from 10 g to 2000 g.
- Interchangeable auger screws and filling nozzles are available for different applications.
- High dosing accuracy is achieved through stepper motors and a precise electronic control board.
- The hopper is made of 316L stainless steel with an inspection window and lid, with provisions for a level control sensor.
- An agitator screw with electronic speed adjustment is mounted inside the hopper.
- The filling head and contact parts can be easily dismounted for cleaning and sanitization.
- The operator control panel is user-friendly with a touch screen for programming fill volume, speed, and storing up to 9 different product settings.
- The machine is compliant with CE norms.
