Individual dedicated training can be carried out by our specialists here or at the customer's premises in order to speed up and qualify the machine's operators. A certificate of attendance is issued after the course. The aftersales department controls the local and remote aided technical assistance and the spare parts services. Skilled engineers are in position to provide a tailor-made fast response to meet the customer's needs; service is carried out in the major producing areas of the world by properly trained local technicians, speaking the local language and trained on the peculiarity of the local production. Detailed and exhaustive user manuals are supplied along with the machines, including a section reserved to the spare parts lists provided with exploded views. A reserved area is available on our web site at www.oltremare.biz to download user manuals and put spare parts orders: customers will be provided with a username and a password to access the area. This procedure will fasten the service and avoid any kind of misunderstanding on the item code or description.
