Open the catalog to page 1TECHNICAL DOCUMENT The Oilgear COMPARATOR MODULE contains 5 sep- arate comparator sections. Each individual section can be used to determine if a dc input voltage (Vin) is greater than or less than a predetermined set point voltage (VSct). The COMPARATOR MODULE consists of five input • Part number L404887-100 has five (5) positive input • Part number L404887-101 has three (3) positive and two (2) negative input channels. The COMPARATOR MODULE is used to compare the value of an input voltage with a predetermined setpoint voltage (Vset). The setpoint voltage level is adjusted by a twenty (20)...

With all power to rack removed, attach extender card to COMPARATOR MODULE and install into appropriate Input voltages on both positive and negative channels can range from +10vdcto-10vdc. On a positive input channel, any input voltage that is more positive than the setpoint voltage will enable the output. On a negative input chan- nel, any input voltage that is more negative than the setpoint voltage will enable the output. Other combina- tions...

While monitoring ON/OFF state of LED indicator (2, figure 1-1), rotate set point potentiometer (1, figure 1-1) until desired ON/OFF state is obtained. An LED on indicaton is representative of a logic change output not a power transistor output change or function. A change in LED intensity may be an indication of rapid output cycling. 4. Adjust corresponding hysteresis adjustment potentiom- eter (3, figure 1-1) located through side cover of module to avoid toggle action about set point. 5. Remove all power to rack. 6....
