Overview
The Stretch Hooding Machine model IS43 is designed for packaging palletized products using tubular stretch-film. It is suitable for various applications including bags, white goods, ceramics, construction materials, and plastics/cans. Specifications

• Power Supply: 400V, 3 Phases, 50Hz, with an installed power of approximately 9.0 kW.
• Air Supply: Pressure between 5.5 to 7 bar, consumption of approximately 100 NL/cycle, with a minimum connection pipe diameter of 3/4”.
• Coil Size: Uses stretch polyethylene film with a maximum external diameter of 700 mm, thickness ranging from 70 to 140 microns, and a maximum weight of 500 kg.
• Pack Size: Maximum dimensions of 1200x1200mm with a height of 1500mm.
• Production Capacity: Ranges from 25 to 120 pallets per hour.

Features
The machine uses a mechanical clamping system to vertically move the bag on the upper part of the arch. The film is gathered on four special devices and stretched to fit the product dimensions. The welding ends of the hood are on the inner side, ensuring a flat surface and excellent load stability.

Options
Available options include two or three line-arranged coils, a film roping device, a pack lifting device, an air cooling system, and a package height detection device.

Dimensions
Standard machine dimensions are Width: 2300 mm, Length: 4880 mm, Height: 4456 mm, with an additional length of 3710 mm for certain configurations.
