The OCM-035L SIMPLEX has been developed to be employed also with wet mixes having minimum slump up to 10-12 cm. The machine find its fields of application into the execution of sprayed concrete linings for slope consolidation, small size tunnel construction, channels and bridges restorations. It has been employed as well to convey pea gravel and to spray refractory masses. The great machine’s flexibility both in terms of workable mixes and outputs ranges, allows a very wide field of applications. The continuous automatic lubrication of the gaskets, allows to optimize the wear costs. The ordinary maintenance operations, funda�mental for a proper functioning of the machine over the time, are also facilitated to their maximum extend, in order to let a single man to TECHNICAL CONSULTING execute them in a fast and safe way. We offer specialised technical advice synchronized dosing unit for the liquid quick on specific projects, helping you to find the best solution for your needs. The machine is supplied with an integrated setting chemical admixtures. The digital visualizer on the electric control panel will indicate instantly the settled r.p.m. of the rotor and admixture output expressed in litres/h. Other options are: the high pressure water pump and the radio or cable remote control unit.
