Assembly Instructions:
1. Clean and degrease the bore and taper surfaces of the bush and pulley. Align the bush with the pulley hub, ensuring holes are properly aligned.
2. Lightly oil grub or cap screws and insert them without tightening.
3. Clean and degrease the shaft, fit the pulley with the taper bush, and position it as desired.
4. If using a key, ensure it fits in the shaft keyway with top clearance.
5. Gradually tighten grub screws using a hexagon socket wrench to specified torque.
6. After a short operation period, check screw tightness.
7. Fill empty holes with Vaseline to prevent dirt ingress.

Disassembly Instructions:
1. Loosen and remove screws, placing them in bushing holes.
2. Tighten screws alternately to release the hub's grip.
3. Slide the bushing off the shaft.

Special Notice:
Dynamic balancing of GL-couplings should be performed at half the rotational speed limit, adhering to degree Q6.3.

Materials:
Components are made from GG25, machined and phosphate-coated for durability and precision.

Installation Directions:
Ensure shaft face is parallel to gear face with appropriate slot or length for installation. Maintain radial eccentricity and ensure angular and axial deviations are within allowed values.

Operating Conditions:
Elastic bodies operate between -40°C to 110°C, with a maximum instant temperature of 120°C. They are resistant to wear, oil, and aging, providing protection against dynamic overloads. Yellow elastic bodies suit general mechanical and hydraulic transmissions, while red ones are for heavy load applications.

Machine Classifications:
I. Slight torque changes: motor generators, small ventilators.
II. Slight torque changes: turbo compressors, wood lathes.
III. Normal torque changes: mixers, pumps.
IV. Normal torque and impact loads: weaving machines, cement mixers.

Insert the bush into the pulley hub and line up the holes (half threaded holes must line up with the half unloading holes). 2. Lightly oil the grub screws (bush size 1008-3030) or the cap screws (bush size 3535-5050) and screw them in. DO NOT TIGHTEN YET. 3. Clean and degrease the shaft.
