Overview: The GS 1000 is the smallest member of the OBLF family, designed as a single matrix spark emission
spectrometer for standard applications. Its compact and robust design makes it suitable for production environments such as foundries and for incoming goods and materials control.
Key Features:- Optical System: Utilizes a Paschen-Runge line-up with temperature stabilization and automatic vacuum control.
- Vacuum System: Features a pump duty cycle of less than 5%.
- Spark Stand: Patented, self-cleaning, and optimized for low argon consumption.
- Spark Generator: Fully semiconductor-based with digital control, capable of spark frequencies up to 1 kHz using a Gated Digital Source (GDS).
- Functions: Includes Windows software with automatic precision control, averaging, reprofiling, type calibration, charge control, and a data module for statistical process control.
Applications: Suitable for analyzing short-wave elements such as carbon, phosphorous, sulfur, and nitrogen in steel or cast iron, and phosphorous in aluminum.
Installation Requirements:- Dimensions: Approximately 60 x 110 x 125 cm (W x H x D).
- Weight: Approximately 300 kg.
- Operating Temperature: +10 to +40°C.
- Argon Supply: 3 bar, Ar 4.8 or better.
- Power Connection: 230V, 50/60Hz, 1.5 kVA.
Additional Information: The spectrometer is equipped with OBLFwin software, customizable to individual customer needs, and supports network connections for data output. Calibration is typically performed at OBLF's premises, with customer samples considered. Detailed operational instructions are provided during installation.
