NYPLAS® Overview
NYPLAS is a pre-applied plastisol (PVC) coating used under fastener heads to seal against water, moisture, dust, air, and noise. It offers immediate sealing upon assembly, eliminating the need for additional materials like O-rings or gaskets. NYPLAS is reusable, non-toxic, and has an excellent shelf life, maintaining its properties over time.
