Adjustable pitch design conveniently allows for performance adjustments when fan is at rest without the need for adjustable speed controllers or V-Belt drive systems. DESIGN FEATURES • Eleven sizes.. .21” to 60” wheel diameters • Three Hub Ratios 0.45, 0.54, and 0.60 • Pressures to 20” WG • Capacities from 3,000 to 180,000 CFM • T otal Efficiencies beyond 70% • Adjustable blade pitch at rest • Full and half bladed design CONSTRUCTION FEATURES & ACCESSORIES Welded construction - heavy-gauge welded components provide structural strength and durability for extended service life in a wide range of industrial process applications. Wheel Design - airfoil shaped adjustable pitch cast aluminum blades with aerodynamic shaped nose cone for high efficiency operation. Precision balancing - all adjustable pitch wheels are dynamically balanced before final assembly. After assembly, all fans are fine-tune balanced on rigid test fixture at the specified running speed. Finish - industrial grade paint system consisting of nyb green air-dried enamel 5. MOTOR A wide-array of motors are available factory-mounted by nyb. 6. INLET DAMPER Bolt-on vortex damper assembly provides volume control.for modulating systems.electric and pneumatic damper operators (with or without controllers) are also available. 7. SILENCER Two silencer lengths are available for all Vaneaxial Adjustable Pitch Fans to better match sound attenuation parameters for either inlet or outlet applications. 1. INLET BELL WITH GUARD Inlet bell minimizes losses associated with non-ducted inlet applications. Includes wire guard. 2. SAFETY EQUIPMENT Inlet and outlet guards are available. Selection of the appropriate safety accessories is the responsibility of the system designer familiar with the specific installation. 3. COMPANION FLANGES Fit flush with fan inlet and outlet flanges, provided with matching hole pattern. 4. DRAIN For horizontal mount fan drain located at the lowest point of the housing tube.
