Anemometer ADVANCED with intergrated alarms for cranes and output pulse Anemometer with alarm beacons and buzzer,commanded by 2 adjustable thresholds. Supplied with fasteners (magnets and flanges). Thanks to its special design, the rotor doesn't generate any perturbation in the surrounding air flow in such a way as to preserve the excellent accuracy of the instrument. Prealarm threshold Yellow lamp and siren are intermittently activated for values of wind speed comprised between 50 and 70 km/h. Alarm threshold When the wind speed exceeds 70 km/h, red lamp and siren are continuously activated until the wind speed drops below the alarm set point (Switch 1 = OFF), or until the equipment will be switched off (Switch 1 = ON). The procedures to reduce alarm and prealarm set points and enable/disable the retentive working of the alarm signals, are described on Figure No.1. Magnets, flanges and supply cable, assure a great simplicity of installation. Rotating on ball bearings, drives a magnetic contact generating 4 pulses per revolution. The aerodynamic shape, has been specifically designed to prevent the formation of ice on the surface of the structure and around the rotor.
