Speckle-Free Light Source Clarity You Can Count On The NuSpeckleFreeTM amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source from Nufern has low temporal coherence, low spatial coherence, and high power per mode. These characteristics together with the low divergence output from Nufern’s Ytterbium-doped Extra Large Mode Area (NuXLMA) fiber enable applications requiring speckle-free operation such as full-field imaging and ranging.
