Main Product Series and Features

• AXDL Series (Sizes 110, 160, 240): Compact, high-rigidity profiles optimized for synchronous belt drives. Features protection against contamination and long-life, maintenance-free operation.
• AXLT Series (Sizes 155, 225, 325, 455): Designed for high loads, especially torque loads. Includes optional bellows for protection and compatibility with cross table variations.
• AXF Series (Size 100): Based on AXC series, available with tooth belt and screw drives. Specially developed to prevent residue deposits, optimized for food, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries.
• AXBG Series (Sizes 15, 20, 26, 33, 46, 55): Extremely compact and rigid steel profiles offering high positioning accuracy.
• Telescopic, Lifting, and Gantry Axes: Telescopic axes suitable for vertical/horizontal use in confined spaces with speeds up to 10 m/s; lifting axes designed for loads over 1000 kg; gantry axes supporting undivided lengths up to 10 m with tooth belt or rack and pinion drives.

• AXLM Series (Sizes 155, 225, 325): High dynamics and accuracy with dual parallel linear guides, suitable for high loads and torque.

Linear Motion Components

• Ball Screws: Diameters from 6 to 80 mm (rolled) and 4 to 120 mm (ground), available with right and left hand helix, customizable end machining, and fixed/floating bearing units.
• Linear Guides: Conventional and patented ball chain technology versions, compliant with DIN 645, offering high load ratings and long-term maintenance-free operation. Features jointed rails with universal combined segments and lubrication connections on all sides.
• Ball Screw Supports: Various shaft diameters (6 to 60 mm), designed for high load ratings, easy assembly, high rigidity, and long service life, suitable for vertical applications.
• Ball Bushings: Standard and super linear ball bushings available in standard and stainless steel materials. Includes linear sets, support rails, shaft supports, traverses, and solid/hollow shafts. Nut diameters range from 4 to 100 mm depending on type.
• Ball Splines: Designed for high linear and rotational velocities with high load ratings, enabling simultaneous torque and force transmission. Custom machining and modular design available.

System Integration and Customization
The modular design allows special solutions tailored to specific applications, including optional switches, energy chains, gantry support legs, and connecting elements. Systems are ready for installation and compatible with AXC, AXDL, and AXS ranges. Lifting axes include safety brakes and clamping elements.
