Technical Details

Belt conveyors are equipped with either drum motors or gear motors, depending on the type.
Standard operating voltage is 230/400 V at 50 Hz, 3-phase.
Belt speeds are available at 15 m/min and 30 m/min, with special configurations available for higher speeds.
Conveyors can be configured with rubber coatings for flat wire link belts (FDG) when speeds exceed 60 m/min.

Type-Specific Features

Type 397.0: Features a drum motor with options for electric connections on the right or left.
Type 397.2 to 397.4: Equipped with gear motors, offering various drive arrangements and belt quality options.
Type 397.6: Designed without a motor, featuring shaft arrangements for both sides.
Type 397.7: Includes a gear motor positioned below the conveyor.

Dimensions and Configurations

Nominal widths (NW) range from 50 mm to 600 mm, with lengths adjustable in 50 mm steps.
Maximum length for all types is 3000 mm, with minimum lengths varying by type.
Conveyors can be customized with lateral guide plates and strippers, depending on the application.

Additional Components

Initiators for belt run control are to be provided by the customer.
Strippers are available for types 397.0 to 397.6.
