SURFACE FINISHING TECHNOLOGY ULTRASONIC CLEANING TANKS SERIES “W” Ultrasonics is the most efficient cleaning method available today. Our production range offers single ultrasonic cleaning tanks in several sizes and with matching ultrasonic power in order to meet any demand. All our ultrasonic cleaning units are entirely manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304 and thermally insulated in order to prevent heat losses. Standard outfit provides generator and transducer(s) available with either piezoelectric or magnetostrictive ultrasonic, thermostatically controlled heating, level control, removable lid and drain valve. The tanks can, where necessary, be fitted with following options: - vapour extraction facility; - overflow; - buffer tank with oil separation and filtration for the recycling of the cleaning medium; - timers for ultrasonic and heating; - mechanical oscillation for vertical agitation of the basket during cleaning; - stainless steel baskets.
