PROFILE The NO series oil thermoregulators have been studied for the heating and the 180 °C thermoregulation of moulds and cylinders with operating termperatures up to. They are used in several industrial fields such as those of plastic, rubber, die-casting and all those fields needing the control of high temperatures. These products ensure the user an even temperature with a completely automatic operation thenks to the use of instruments technologically in the lead. The set-point is reached with a constant auto-tuning action, with regulates the power supplied, adjusting it to the external load conditions. The accured design allowed to obtain, the best stability of the set temperature as well as absence of thermal fluctuations resulting in a considerable energy saving. Such result may be achieved thanks to the use of special, modulating valves and exchangers with a wide exchange surface which, with their combined action, let temperature quickly and precisely reach the set-point value. The oil version, thanks to its particular design, aided by the use of special diathermic oil can work non-stop at the highest temperature without spoiling the fluid. All our thermoregulators may be coupled in series with a chiller, in this case we get a closed, cooling circuit with no water consumption.
