The elements use the energy from the process stream to provide blending and dispersion with minimal pressure (energy) loss. The KMR-SAN allows for blending or dispersing liquids, gases or solids in a short length of pipe, while uniformly and quickly heating or cooling ingredients as required. Our static mixers give you inline, continuous mixing and processing with no moving parts, no maintenance, and no external power. Standard Features • Material of construction is 316L stainless steel • Grooved ferrules are compatible with hygienic clamps • Elements polished to a #4 sanitary finish.
