01860 Workholding pyramid mineral cast Item description/product images Description Material: Mineral cast is a two-component system comprising mineral fillers and an epoxy resin as the binding agent. Version: Mineral cast is cold-cast using precision negative moulds at room temperature and subsequently hardened. Note: The mineral cast workholding pyramid was specifically developed for use on 5-axis machines. The pyramid form enables 5 different clamping systems or setups can be mounted on the clamping surfaces. The low net weight of the clamping pyramid means that the overall loading on the machine table is only slightly increased.
