Front End Components:

Shut-off Nozzles:
Provided through a Swiss alliance with Herzog, these include needle and bolt shut-off nozzles, suitable for various applications and controlled pneumatically, hydraulically, or by spring.

High-Performance Needle Shutoff Nozzle (HP):
Features maximum pressure of 3000 bar and melt temperature of 400°C, with fast and accurate control.

Spring-Operated Needle Shutoff Nozzle (S):
Economical option with melt pressure governing operation.

Bolt High Performance Shutoff Nozzle (BHP):
Designed for low pressure drop and avoiding streaking.

Elastomer Nozzle (E):

Bolt on Barrel End Caps Barrel End Caps. Nozzles. Our one piece nozzle is constructed of tool steel, nitrided or chrome plated. Ourselection of standard nozzle bodies comes in various lengths in 2֔ increments with threads to match the end cap and a thermocouple well. Thermocouples and heaters can complete the total melt stream system. Xaloy offers two styles of standard barrel end caps: screw in/on and bolt onend caps. Both styles are available in a wide assortment of materials with various platings and coatings and are able to work with special materials. Custom end caps are also available....
