Trilogy AS and LVLP Manual ™ Air Spray and Low Volume, Low Pressure (LVLP) Guns Available in air spray and LVLP versions, Trilogy guns minimize overspray and provide excellent handling for a variety of liquid spray applications. The Trilogy air spray and LVLP guns are excellent all-purpose liquid spray guns with a cost-to-performance ratio that makes them ideal for general manufacturing applications or as filler/ primer guns. Providing application versatility, the guns are available in four versions – in either gravity or pressure/siphon feed models, which can be configured in an air spray version for reduced overspray, or in an LVLP version for minimum overspray. All Trilogy air spray and LVLP models are equipped with an atomizing air regulating lever, a spray pattern adjustment knob, material flow regulator and an externally adjustable packing cartridge. As a result, gun maintenance and repair is easy for the operator. Nozzles range in size from .04 to .08 in (1.0 to 2.0 mm). A standard 3/8" NPSM pot connection is provided in the pressure/siphon feed version. In addition, all Trilogy air spray and LVLP guns are equipped with a swivel air connection that rotates for ease of gun movement. Designed with easy handling in mind, operators benefit from a balanced center of gravity and enhanced spray qualities to meet most any application need.
