Trilogy AS, LP and QC Automatic ™ Air Spray (AS), Low Volume/Low Pressure (LP) and Quick Change (QC) Automatic Spray Guns Versatile automatic spray guns provide excellent atomization and easy adjustment for increased productivity in liquid spray applications. The Trilogy AS, LP and QC automatic guns combine excellent finish quality and ease-of-use for a wide range of applications. Designed with versatility in mind, the guns are available in air spray and LP versions. The Trilogy QC gun provides a quick change console that incorporates a quick-lock feature, making it easy to remove the spray gun when needed. All three Trilogy automatic spray guns incorporate a variety of performance features, including separate air connections for atomizing air and spray pattern adjustment, providing more application versatility. The modest size and weight make them ideal for fixed, robotic and reciprocating applications. Highly durable, the Trilogy AS, LP and QC spray guns’ nozzle and needle are made from stainless steel, with a PTFE packing cartridge. The guns are also designed for ease of use, since the packing cartridge can be externally adjusted for easy maintenance. They are available with a wide range of nozzles and can accept pressures of up to 85 psi (6 bar). Features and Benefits Excellent atomization – provides outstanding finish quality.
