Trilogy AC Manual ™ Automotive Coating (AC) Air Spray or Low Volume, Low pressure (LVLP) Gravity-Fed Manual Spray Guns Go from air spray to LVLP technology with just the change of an air cap, providing flexibility for any automotive application. The Trilogy AC gun combines excellent finish quality and easeof-use for a wide range of automotive applications. Designed with versatility in mind, the gun can be converted from air spray to LVLP or vice versa with just a quick exchange of the air cap – no need to change the nozzle or gun. In addition, Quick-Clip technology provides fast, easy removal and installation of the needle without changing the gun settings. The air cap can be easily adjusted with a ¼ turn of its retaining ring. In addition, the gun can achieve variable spray pattern regulation with only a ¾ turn for fast, reproducible adjustment of spray pattern. Highly durable, the Trilogy AC spray gun’s nozzle and needle are made from stainless steel, with a externally adjustable PTFE packing cartridge. With a lightweight, well-balanced design, the Trilogy AC gun is ergonomically friendly and makes the operator’s job easier.
