Gear Meter System Variable Ratio Two-Part Gear Meter-Mix and Dispense System Servo-Flo 704-HV High-Volume Gear Meter System Mounted on Base Plate Features • For bead and shot applications, the system accepts an external 0-10V analog signal to produce a precise bead profile or shot volume. The flow rate is variable during the dispense cycle. Dual independent-drive servo gear meters select any ratio without changing hardware. The Servo-Flo 704-HV system dispenses high volumes of 2-component mixed materials. • For shot applications, create and select one of multiple preset shot sizes. Create shot profiles that consist of several segments, each having its own volume and flow rate settings. Closed loop position control insures precision flow rate. Accepts external input signal for automated or manual dispensing. • Job shot volumes and flow rates are selected and adjusted through the operator interface. Delivers consistent bead profiles or precision shot volumes. • Volume monitoring verifies amount of material dispensed. Usage data is collected and can be downloaded. Electronically vary bead profile diameter during dispense cycle. • The Auto purge cycle has adjustable warning signals, fault timers and purge volumes. Electronically adjust flow rate during a shot or filling cycle. • Optional footswitch or electric hand trigger is available for manual dispensing or manual backup. • Contact closures, wired to terminals, are provided for status interlocks to customer. Discrete interlocks from customer require contact closures for our 24V DC signals.
