Prodigy HDLV Technology
Nordson's patented Prodigy HDLV technology offers significant improvements over traditional venturi-style pumps by transferring more powder with less air. This results in higher productivity rates of up to 360 lbs. (163 kg) per hour, reduced compressed air usage, and lower powder velocity, which minimizes over-pressurization and impact fusion risks. The system also allows for quick color changes via a manual purge function without disassembling the pump.
High-Capacity Pump Station Features
The Prodigy HDLV High-Capacity Pump Station includes integral controls and can be used as a standalone powder transfer device. It features conveyance air control, auxiliary air control, and a manual purge button. The station can be integrated into existing systems and is compatible with various powder containers such as fluidized hoppers, non-fluidized boxes, after filters, and scrap drums.

  • Conveying Air Regulator: Regulates air pressure for fluidizing tubes, normally set to 0.7-1.0 bar (10-15 psi).
