Model EP II Pumping System Pre-assembled, electrically driven, positive displacement pumping system for container coating application. Features and Benefits Electrically driven system – eliminates the need for a compressed air supply for greater efficiency. Fully engineered, ready to use pumping system – facilitates installation and reduces start-up effort. Additional in-plant system engineering is minimized. Dual diaphragm pistons – built-in backup provides continuous operation and prevents material contamination in the event of a component failure. Dual Diaphragm Cartridge Special position control for piston assembly – controls displacement of diaphragm to prevent failure. Model EP II Pumping System Complete, Pre-Engineered System The bench-mounted model EP II is a complete circulating-type pumping system that has been pre-engineered for ease of installation. Features include the electric motor and drive, pump, motor starter, fluid pressure gauge, back pressure regulator, valves and hoses. Increased Operating Capability Coating materials can be siphoned directly from a drum or pressure fed from a large supply tank.
