2200-044 No-Drip® Air Operated Fluid Dispense Valve Flow Control Valve For Use With Low To High Viscosity Materials Air To Open and Spring To Close Adjustable Spring Cap For Flow Control Ideal For Use With Abrasive Or Filled Materials Carbide Ball/ Seat Components Readily Fixtured Or Mounted Elastoplastic Seal Carbon Steel & Aluminum Wetted Components 2200-044 The 2200-044 is an automatic air open and spring to close No-Drip™ valve for dispensing single component adhesives, sealants. Similar to the 2100-911 valve, the 2200-044 includes a flow control - to limit the stroke via the adjustment in the cap. Because of the seal design, it is ideally suited to handling abrasive or filled materials. The valve's unique No-Drip action insures a positive stop of material flow when the valve is closed. The divorced design, air to open/spring to close valve features a carbide ball and seat, with a ¼" N.P.T.F. inlet and outlet. The outlet accepts a broad range of dispense nozzles. A nozzle is not included with the valve. The valve includes a mounting hole for fixturing. A 3/8” diameter rod may be secured in position using the 1/4-20 threaded hole intersecting with the fixture hole. 45677 Helm Street • P.O.
