This rugged and responsive double air operated valve allows greater flow rates with a less restrictive internal design. The Wedge incorporates a carbide needle/ball and seat with abrasion resistant seal to further increase its life cycle and reduce production down time and maintenance cost.  Rated to 4000 PSI Working Pressure The air open/air close operation, along with the back-up spring insures an instantaneous shut-off when the valve is closed or if air pressure is lost. The valve’s alignment and mounting holes provide simple fixturing and repeatable mounting location. Models are available with a variety of O-rings and seals.
