Series 162A
The Series 162A Disposable Plastic Spiral Bell High Flow Mixer is designed for high flow rate meter mix applications. It features elements made of acetal and a housing made of nylon. The mixer is available in various configurations with 16, 23, 32, 39, or 48 elements, each with a diameter of 0.784 inches. The housing includes an oversized bell inlet and a downstream outlet with a 1/2" NPS male thread for attaching extensions or accessories.
The mixer can be equipped with a manifold, retaining nut, and a one-piece metal jacket.
The Series 162A Mixers are available in different part numbers, each specifying the number of mixing elements, housing diameter, length, and pressure limit. All variants have a pressure limit of 580 Psi at 75°F (39 Bar at 30°C).
