2200-555 SERIES & 2200-590 SERIES Micro-Kiss® Series No-Drip® Dispense Valves Micro-Kiss® valves are ideal for dispensing small 'timed' shots or beads of a single component adhesive, sealant or lubricant with drip free dependability. Its compact size and responsive design makes it ideal for fixtured, automated, high speed, repetitive dispensing operations. Design: The double-air operated Micro-Kiss valve features a divorced design to insure that the material never contacts any air. Flow Rate Control is done through the valve's integrated stroke adjustment and lock. This feature allows you to regulate the flow rate. Manifold Version: 2200-590 Series Micro-Kiss valves are 'ganged' together with a common air and material supply manifold to dispense multiple beads, or shots, simultaneously. Manifolds are available for grouping up to 5 valves. Stand Alone Version: The 2200-555 Series Micro-Kiss valve features threaded inlets for the air to open, air to close, and the material inlet. Drill thru's on the valve make is easy to mount.
