High Solid Spray (HSS) System High solid spray system for coating applications The HSS Spray System is an innovative dispensing system using EFD Ratio-Pak® and Side x Side cartridges for meter mix and spraying of twocomponent materials. Its variable, multi-ratio design allows it to easily dispense a wide range of low- to high-viscosity fluids. The system can be used for a variety of industrial spraying and dispensing solutions, including high solid coatings and adhesives. It’s ideal for truck bedliners, pipe coating, manhole restoration, marine repair, roofing projects, and other maintenance and touch-up applications. The complete HSS system includes a lightweight dispense gun equipped with handles and straps for extra portability and ease of use. A regulator on the gun’s atomizing air line provides easy adjustment to accurately control air flow. Static mixer spray nozzles are available in a range of outlets and spray patterns. The fully assembled HSS High Solid Spray System includes dispense gun, cartridge, mixer with spray nozzle, and a regulator kit. HSS Spray System Cartridges The HSS Spray System can use either EFD Side x Side cartridges, or EFD Ratio-Pak® cartridges. Side x Side Cartridges Nordson EFD Side x Side cartridges feature a rugged, one-piece design that resists bulging to ensure on-ratio dispensing. Select from volumes that range from 50mL to 1500mL, with ratios from 1:1 up to 10:1.
