Kiss Dispense Valve ® 2200-245 Series No-Drip® Dispense Valves The 2200-245 Series Kiss® valve, with its compact design and immediate No-Drip on/off action, is the ideal valve for the automated dispensing of uniform kisses, beads, streams or airassisted/airless spray patterns using many adhesives, sealants, mastics, plastisols or lubricants. This rugged and responsive double air-operated valve allows greater flow rates because of a less restrictive internal design and divorced air chamber. This increase in flow rate translates into lower supply pump operating pressures, less downtime and reduced maintenance costs. Kiss valves also incorporate a carbide hardened needle balland-seat with an abrasion-resistant seal to further increase life cycle and reduce downtime. Its stainless steel spring provides an instantaneous shut-off when the valve is closed or if air pressure is lost. The valve has two alignment and two mounting holes to make fixturing simple. Multiple material inlet ports allow you to gang valves together to a common material supply source for simultaneous dispensing from several valves. With more than 100 models – applying thousands of different materials, under the most demanding conditions in countless installations – the valve has high productivity that is matched only by its success stories.
